Please note: we do not offer free returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible. Are you not satisfied with the products you have received? You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

The order includes all original parts and components, and the original packaging is in the same condition as when received.

The product has been handled with care. Damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
Grace Boutique reserves the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, you will receive an official confirmation of your return within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the product has been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
How do I return my order?

Full address of the customer

After receiving your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
Please note: never send your order back to the sender’s address on the package — this is not the correct return address.
The customer is always responsible for the return shipping costs.
